    While you’re either walking or jogging, try sucking in your stomach thw whole time. It actually tightens your muscles in your stomach. You could just be walking around the house or something and just make sure your stomach is sucked in the whole time. Believe it or not it does help out. Crunches do not work. It’s a proven fact.

    You need to become more active and eat a more well balanced diet. It will take 2-3 weeks to see any noticeable results. Unfortunately, there are no magic bullets for this, despite what those two posters pitching products say. Just good honest work and a little patience.

    I’ve been doing that for a couple weeks now, and it helps.
    But you can’t just work out one part of your body because that can have serious consequences. Try doing different work outs, and just contract your stomach, it helps the muscles under fat :)

    For starters if you just ate don’t automatically think you’re fat because your stomach always expands after eating or drinking a ton of water.

    Just eat healthier, and smaller portions.
    Many people eat when they are bored, without a reason.
    So when you’re going to get something to eat, think if you’re actually hungry or if you’re just bored.
    If you’re not or have a craving, just stop and count down slowly from 50. It’ll usually pass by than.

    Running, crunches, squats, sit-ups, side bends, are all good exersices.

    lots of different crunches….knees up…legs up…reach to the sides with ur legs down or up…pulse you legs with them being straight out and a bit off the grounds…ones where your legs look like your riding a bike…ones where you lay on your side and then you can lift ur feet and ankles up to advance that one as well……dont forget to stretch it out or they will bulk up and for being a girl im not sure if thats what ur aiming for….you can stretch it out by rolling over on your stomach and your arms are on the floor straight arch ur back as if ur head and your toes were going to meet but ur legs say on the ground it is called a cobra it will feel nice!

    Fat loss happens all over your body at the same time due to a caloric deficit (which exercise can help create) which is mainly affected by your diet.

    Eat a slightly restrictive diet to lose fat, and add some exercise as well. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy, 30 mins of walking daily is the bare minimum. But you could lift weights, powerlift, lift for hypertrophy, swim, run, jog, bike, CrossFit, P90X, Insanity, etc.
